In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

  1. Open a New Ticket (Create an Account | Sign In)
    • Fill out RMA Request
    • Choose: Help Topic
    • Title, Qty, Model, Serial Number(s):
    • Provide a detailed description of the problem you are experiencing. 
    • Upload Supporting Documents (Invoices, Field Destroy Pictures, etc...)
  2. RMA ticket request will be processed
    • RMA will be issued within 48 hrs
  3. Ship It, Track It, Done!
